back in the saddle
after a few weeks of not doing p90x, a few weeks of barely running and a week of the stomach flu, i am starting to feel (and look) out of shape. i will be one sore little lady in the morning, but i feel a hell of a lot better after a good workout than i have in at least a month. hopefully i can get through this first week back.
